General Site Clean-Up and Asphalt Patching Performed.

Work Completed Last Week, June 27^th to July 1^st  

·         Limited work completed on-site

·         Internal televising of storm sewer and sanitary sewer

·         Patching of roadway at Sunset Ridge Road and Maple Lane

·         General site clean-up

Work Anticipated to be completed Next week, July 4^th to July 8^th  

·         No work over the July 4^th Holiday

·         Installation and final grading of topsoil

The contractor is scheduled to begin grading and installing topsoil next week.

The sod installation and asphalt driveway restorations will be performed following the paving of the final asphalt surface. Currently the asphalt surface paving is scheduled of the week of July 11^th.

The contractor will not be on-site over the July 4^th Holiday. Have a safe and enjoyable Holiday Weekend!!!
